As President of Aurora Management Consultancy Group since 1998, Kathleen D. Kinka brings over 25 years of management and executive experience to Aurora's clients, and a business perspective derived from the responsibilities of P & L and Sales management. Ms. Kinka specializes in growth and has a successful track record managing Sales and Marketing organizations for both public and private companies, startups, joint ventures, licensing, and international operations.

Prior to founding Aurora, Ms. Kinka held senior management positions in various public and private companies, including Integrated Systems Consulting Group as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, the Sarnoff Corporation as Director of Business Development, senior Sales management positions with Digital Equipment Corp., and as Director, International Trade Policy in Washington, D.C. for the Office of the General Counsel responsible for Trade and Investment issues in Latin America, Canada, and Asia. Ms. Kinka started her career in sales for the Xerox Corp.

Kathleen Kinka holds a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Illinois, and a Masters of Business Administration from Temple University. She is a member of the New Jersey Technology Council and the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC), an international organization representing the highest professional and ethical standards in consulting.
